- Shot blasted prior to anodizing which results in a finish which is more consistent, durable and uniform. No chalky or purplish anodizing.
- Slightly chamfered lug holes for quick and easy takedown/pivot pin engagement.

Specifications:
- Forged from 7075 T6 aluminum
- Precision machined to meet or exceed milspec M16/M4 demands
- Matte black hard coat anodized Mil 8625 Type 3 Class 2
- .250" takedown pin holes, chamfered lugs for easy pin operation
- Accepts standard milspec AR15/M16 components
- Can be used for most caliber builds that are compatible with the AR15 platform like 6mm ARC, 300 Blackout, 7.62x39, 5.56 NATO, 204 Ruger, etc.
