Shipping & Returns
- We currently ONLY offer UPS shipping services. We are unable to offer USPS as an option at this time. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes because of this.
- All orders are filled in the order they are placed.
- We make every attempt to ship within 1-3 business days of the time the order was received, unless there are ship time delays specified on the home page).
- We do not ship any items to territories or internationally. We only ship to the 50 US States.

- Your billing address MUST MATCH EXACTLY the credit card billing address of the card holder.If you try to process your order with incorrect information your bank may temporarily (24-48hrs) hold the funds for the purchase even though we do not receive them.
- Signature confirmation will be required on all orders over $100.00 merchandise total value.
- If ordering an FFL item such as a lower receiver or firearm, please enter your FFL’s address in the ship to section or notes on your order. Have them email us a copy their license to sales@ar15elite.com

IF YOU PURCHASE A FIREARM FROM US, YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT YOUR FFL AND HAVE THEM EMAIL A COPY OF THEIR VAILD LICENSE TO SALES@AR15ELITE.COM. HAVE THEM REFERENCE THE ORDER NUMBER AND YOUR FULL NAME SO WE CAN MATCH IT TO YOUR ORDER. ONCE THIS IS RECEIVED, WE CAN PROCESS YOUR ORDER. SORRY BUT WE DO NOT CONTACT FFL’S ON YOUR BEHALF, YOU WILL NEED TO DO THAT. IF THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO SEND THEIR LICENSE FIRST, FIND A DIFFERENT FFL AS WE MUST BE ABLE TO VERIFY THAT THEY ARE PROPERLY LICENSED TO RECEIVE A FIREARM.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to know all local, state, federal and NFA laws concerning legal ownership and use of the item that he or she is bidding on. Do not commit to this item if it is not legal to own in your area.
Warranty is only applicable to original purchaser placed direct through AR15 Elite.

Please return your package by a pre-paid, traceable method. A return address will be provided to you at that time.
AR15 Elite return policy:
Return Policy:
- There will be a 7 Calendar Day(not business days) inspection time from the date of receipt for discovery of physically damaged product.
- New, unopened, unused, never installed product may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Items MUST BE exact new, with no mounting marks or damage of anykind.
- All returns for credit will be refunded in the same manner as initial payment.
- Items that have been opened, installed or used and/or DO NOT have the original packaging, or the packaging is damaged will be subject to a 25% restock fee.
- ANY serialized item such as lower receivers or firearms, are never elidgible for refund. Serialized items are only elidgible for qualified warranty via repair or exchange.
Cacellation Policy:
- Because we are human and often very busy shipping orders, we cannot always guarantee timely receipt of cancelation emails or phone calls before your order ships.
Items deemed defective or malfunctioning:
- Items that are found to be defective may be returned based on the normal return policy and is within 30 calendar days.
- After 30 calendar days, item will be repaired or replaced with like item. It will not be returned for refund or store credit. Warranty is 1 year from the date of purchase. Any other branded, non-AR15 Elite items will follow that manufacturer's warranty. I.E. Sig Sauer, Wilson Combat, Tromix etc.
- AFTER 30 days of receipt, serialized lower receivers and firearms will have warranty through the item's manufacturer only.
Certain exclusions apply:
- Blemished parts, gunsmith specials, clearance items and any other item that implies "no warranty" will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Items that have been modified in any way by the end user will have no warranty of any kind.
