By necking down that famous casing to hold .257-caliber projectiles, you gain access to a new generation of ultra-high BC, "heavy-for-caliber" bullets—specifically the 131gr to 135gr options. These rounds exit the muzzle with more velocity than their 6.5mm cousins but maintain the sectional density needed to shrug off crosswinds like a much heavier magnum.

- Handguard: Premium Gen 3 15" Extended Rifle Length Narrow-Profile AR10 M LOK Handguard. Fit and finish on our line of ergonomical free float rails is outstanding and light weight. M LOK slots run the entire length of our rail at the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions. M LOK compatible rail sections and attachments can easily be attached to our handguards which makes adding accessories like sights, bipods, flash lights, grips, lasers, etc. a breeze. Matte black hard coat anodized Mil 8625 Type 3 Class 2. Milled from 6061 aircraft aluminum.
- Barrel: Shaw Barrels Match Grade 20 inch 6.5 Creedmoor 416R Stainless Steel HBAR profile Barrel with 1x 7.5 twist. 5/8x24 muzzle threads. Bead Blast Matte Finish. Standard DPMS style Barrel Extension w/ 308 feed ramps. Properly headspaced with Manson Go and No-Go Gauges. Button Rifled and Match Grade.
