The middle ground of the short-barrel lineup: an 8.5" HBAR profile with 1:8 twist, running a 10" rail instead of the more compact 7" option. The linear compensator (rather than a flash hider) redirects gas forward, which matters if you're shooting this unsuppressed and want reduced concussion at the shooter's ear. That extra 3" of rail over the 7" version gives you more room for a foregrip or light mount if you're not chasing the shortest possible overall length.
Our AR15 Elite AR-15 uppers are American Made and machined by manufacturers of mil-spec AR-15 components. All barrels are individually checked for headspace using Manson go and no-go gauges.
